CERTIFICATIONS
CONFIDA is constantly working with its members to improve the quality of the vending service and of the products distributed through the vending machines. Our association has developed two certifications: TQS-Vending and DTP-114.

COMMUNICATION
CONFIDA is constantly updating its members by releasing newsletters and providing information on the most relevant topics concerning the vending sector.

CONSULTANCY
CONFIDA provides assistance, consultancy and support to its members, as regards the regulations in the vending sector.

AGREEMENTS
CONFIDA provides its members with agreements on a wide range of products and services that are useful for business development and management.

TRAINING
In-class and e-learning training: CONFIDA supports its members through training courses focused on the requirements needed in the vending  sector.

SURVEYS AND RESEARCHES
CONFIDA promotes surveys and researches on a regular basis; for example, the annual report “Research on the vending sector in Italy”, the only one of its kind, developed in cooperation with Accenture.

HANDBOOKS
CONFIDA develops handbooks and guides on the vending sector.
